FAQ

Common questions about cupid — setup, privacy, and support.

What is Cupid?

Cupid is an anonymous Discord matchmaking bot. You fill an application, get a private handle, and browse compatible matches without exposing your real username until both people agree.

How do I start?

Invite Cupid, have an admin run /panel send, then use /application to apply. After that, /cupid lookup finds matches.

Is it really anonymous?

Yes. Other users only see your cupid# handle until both of you confirm a username swap.

What is match scope?

Servers can keep matching inside the guild or allow global matching. You can also set a personal preference with /cupid scope.

Where do I get help?

Join the support server linked in the footer, or use /cupid report for handle issues.
